Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why would I use Lifetime Reel instead of film it myself?
A. At Lifetime Reel, we consider ourselves both professional and creative. From the very beginning until you receive your final product – We guarantee that you’ll enjpy the process and be able to cherish the time we place on every film we produce.
Q. How long is the final video?
A. The final product may range from 45 minutes to a couple of hours depending on variables.
Q. How can I afford it?
A. A Lifetime Reel is a family investment and one we consider to be priceless. We encourage all family members to contribute towards the cost of creating a Lifetime Reel. Every family is different and we understand that many can’t let go all the funds at once. Make sure to ask about our payment plans and how we can help you capture the story of a lifetime.
Q. We’re out of town. How will that work?
A. About 80% of our work comes from the Southeast portion of the states, but we produce Lifetime Reels wherever we’re needed. We can set you up in Nashville for a long weekend to shooting the film or we can travel to where you are located.
Q. Can you transfer over old photos and videos to a digital format?
A. Yes, most of the time we have to transfer the media to a digital format. We will give you the digital format of these files after finishing the film.
